      本文认为在水面蒸发公式的散热系数中,不应包含水气温差,并应用对流散热和蒸发散热的基本公式来作证明,说明如果公式中包含了水气温差,将违反对流散热和蒸发散热基本公式。最后给出了笔者认为正确的蒸发散热系数公式形式。
英文摘要:
      The current universal formula for calculating evaporation coefficient of water surface was discussion in this paper. It is found that the current formula is inadequate due to involving the temperature difference between water and air, which is in contrast with the basis formula for conduction dissipation and evaporation dissipation. A new formula of the evaporation coefficient formula is proposed.
