      提出了低比转速离心旋涡泵的叶轮设计方法,研制了具有诱导轮、复合离心叶轮和开式旋涡叶轮串联组合结构型式的低比转速离心旋涡泵样泵,并设计了气液混输泵闭式试验装置,进行了气液混输对汽蚀性能影响的试验;以清水汽蚀试验作为对照,分析了试验工况点的含气量和气液混合总流量两个关键因素变化对汽蚀性能的影响。试验结果表明,气液混输时泵的汽蚀性能陡降,且含气量越大,汽蚀性能越低;样泵适合在额定流量5m3/h且含气量在0~0.42m3/h范围内进行气液混输。
英文摘要:
      An impeller design method was presented for low-specific-speed centrifugal-vortex pump. An HTB-5/60 model low-specific-speed centrifugal-vortex sample pump, configurated with inducer, complex-centrifugal impeller and open-vortex impeller, was developed. This configuration was presented for the requirement of delivering gas-liquid two-phase mixture fluid. A closed-loop test rig was innovatively designed and built to provide the tests for gas-liquid two-phase mixture flow on low-specific-speed centrifugal-vortex pump. Based on the two key factors, namely, volume fraction of gas and capacity of mixture fluid, a project was adopted for cavitation tests of gas-liquid two-phase mixture flow compared with pure-water experimental results. The requirement of performance test situation was analyzed, and cavitation tests were carried out. All the test results show that cavitation characteristic sharply reduces, and higher volume of gas results in worse cavitation characteristic. The test pump is suitable for gas-liquid two-phase mixture flow, requiring volume of gas less than 0.42m3/h and test point at 5m3/h rated capacity.
