本文对水力自动滚筒闸门的水力特性进行了研究,利用RNG k-ε 湍流模型对圆筒闸体绕流流场进行了模拟,并对自由水面引入了水—气两相流分层理论中的流体体积分数法(VOF)迭代求解。通过数值模拟,得到不同时刻计算域内的相体积分布、圆筒闸体附近速度场、压力场以及各工况的荷载,并与模型试验实测结果进行对比分析,两者吻合较好。说明VOF法可以在圆筒闸体绕流流场自由表面的计算中应用。 |

The RNG k-ε turbulence model is applied to simulate the flow around the cylindrical hydro-automatic roller gate. The volume of fluid method(VOF)for water-air two-phase flow is introduced into the iteration of calculation. Through the simulation, the volume distributions, velocity, pressure and hydrodynamic loads on cylinder gate for some instances are obtained. The calculated result is in good agreement with experimental data. It shows that the VOF method is feasible for the simulation of this kind of flow. |
