      在讨论松花江流域水资源保护管理工作的基础上,运用降雨径流模型、水动力学模型、污染物传输扩散模型耦合的松花江干流水质模型,并以2005年水污染事件数据进行验证。结果表明:模型能够准确地模拟流域水量、水质变化,模拟值准确率较高。随后进行了水功能区管理、入河排污口监督管理、日常水质模拟等水资源保护管理中的应用研究。计算结果表明: 分别实施污染物排放量削减10%的方案及大中城市污水处理率不低于70%的方案后,全年河流水质污染物平均值较之前将分别下降0.16和1.53mg/L,下降比例分别为2.8%和27.3%。如距雅鲁河河口45.4km处需建入河排污口,则其排放应达到国家综合排放二级标准;库容6.08亿m3的哈达山水利枢纽建成后,在流量减少66m3/s的情况下,对第二松花江丰满坝下至库末段、库区下游河道水质进行模拟预测,结果满足水质目标要求。
英文摘要:
      According to the needs of water resources protection and management of the Songhua River,water quality model composed of rainfall and runoff model,hydrodynamic model and pollutant transportation and dispersion model for the main stream of the Songhua River was introduced. The reliability of the model was validated by the application of the data of a sudden water pollution incident which occurred in 2005.The results show that the model can well simulate the variety of water quality and volume of water. Then the application of the model in water resources protection and management, such as management of water function zone,supervision and management of outfall into the river, and daily water quality model, were studied. The results show that:(1)implementation of the emissions were reduced by 10% of the program and large and medium urban sewage treatment rate is not less than 70% of the program, the year of pollutants in river water quality will be decreased compared to the previous average of 0.16 and 1.53mg/L,the proportion were decreased 2.8% and 27.3%. (2)if a sewage outfall is needed to be built at the section 45.4km upstream of the Yalu River’s estuary, its emissions should meet the 2nd level of the overall national emission standards. (3)when the Hadashan Hydro Project complete with storage capacity of 608 million m3, in the case its flow discharge is reduced by 66m3/s, the prediction and evaluation by the simulation of water quality in the Second Songhua River downstream of the Fengman Dam shows that all the indices can meet the objectives and requirements in water quality management.
