      本文对混凝土基础上12m长环氧砂浆薄板的应变和温度进行了一年的连续观测,同时对混凝土和环氧砂浆的物理力学性能进行了室内测试,并对结果进行了分析。分析表明,环氧砂浆薄板可承受0.56的拉应力水平不开裂,而施工接缝缺陷可使其在0.55拉应力水平作用下产生裂缝。根据对观测数据的分析,环氧砂浆薄板与混凝土基础间的界面剪切刚度系数Cx随日温度变化而波动,变幅可达平均值的85%;同时薄板底部不同部位的界面剪切刚度系数也不同,中心部位的界面剪切刚度系数平均值为29.0 N/cm3,边缘部位的平均值接近中心部位平均值的2倍。
英文摘要:
      The variation of strain and temperature of a thin epoxy motar plate for mending concrete structure with 12m long placed on a concrete base was inspected for one year. The physical and mechanical characteristics of the tested materials, i.e. the epoxy motar and the concrete, were also tested in laboratory.It is shown that the thin and long plate could undergo a tensile stress of 0.56 stress level without fracturing,and a construction joint defect in the plate is cracked under the applied tensile stress level being of 0.55.According to the analysis of the inspected data, the interfacial shear rigidity coefficient Cx between the epoxy plate and the concrete substrate is daily changed with the temperature fluctuation, and the amplitude could reach 85% of its average value. Meanwhile, Cx had a different value along the concrete substrate,with its average value at the plate centre being of 29.0 N/cm3, and that on the plate edges reaching nearly two times of the central value.
