导轴承作为水轮发电机组的支承结构,其动力特性随着机组大轴的摆度和机械动载荷作用方向而发生非线性变化。本文在考虑了刚性导轴承非线性动力特性的基础上,还考虑了厂房机墩的柔性,建立了机组与厂房机墩的耦联振动模型,利用Ansys 软件分析了导轴承动力特性的非线性及厂房机墩的柔性对水轮发电机组动力特性的影响。通过对3 种不同机组支承结构模型的瞬态分析以及机组轴系统的动力响应比较,论证了采用耦联振动模型更加符合实际工程情况。 |

As a supporting structure for water-turbine generator set,the dynamic characteristic of pilot bearing is nonlinearly related to pendulum of shaft and direction of loads. A coupled vibration model considering the nonlinear dynamic behavior of rigid pilot bearing supporting structure for water-turbine generator set and flexibility of hydropower plant unit piers,is considered in this paper. The ANSYS software is used to analyze the influence of dynamic behavior of pilot bearing and flexibility of hydropower plant unit piers on dynamic characteristic of water-turbine generator set. The comparison of transient analyses dynamic response of unit shaft system of three different units supporting structure shaft system demonstrates that the proposed model is feasible. |
