| 综合国内外研究资料，分析了灌区节水改造对环境的影响因素，探讨了灌区节水改造环境效应的评价指标体系，阐述了近年来广泛应用的环境效应评价方法。指出灌区节水改造环境效应评价研究的发展趋势是加强节水灌溉对环境影响的机理方面的研究，科学选取灌区节水改造环境效应评价因子，合理构建灌区节水改造环境效应评价指标体系和建立灌区节水改造环境效应评价模型。 |

| The paper summarizes the research results of water saving orientaed rehabilitation both in domestic and overseas，analyzes the impact factors of water saving on environment，discusses the assessment indexes and introduces the popular methods of envionment impact assessment in recent years. The topics of research aiming at the environment impact assessment of water saving oriented rehabilitation of irrigation district pending for further development are suggested. The topics includes the research on the mechanism of water saving irrigation affecting the environment， scientific determination of impact factors，establishment of index system for assessment and corresponding assessment model. |
