| 针对目前投入占用产出技术中占用部分计算的难点，提出了改进的考虑占用的完全用水系数计算方法，以中国水资源环境经济核算混合账户建立起的国民经济生产过程中分行业取水、供水、用水、耗水及排水过程为基础，利用投入占用产出技术进行完全用水/耗水系数、用水/耗水关联指数、自来水价格变化对其他行业产品价格影响的价格关联度等经济机制研究，并根据研究成果提出了我国产业发展及自来水价格调整的建议。 |

| Aiming at the difficulty in calculating the part of occupation in input-occupancy-output analysis
techniques，an improved method has been brought forward. Based on the System of Environmental-Econom?
ic Accounting for Water（SEEAW）which drafted by United Nations Statistics Division，the hybrid accounts of China has been built up，which describe the relationship between water intake，water supply，water usage，water consumption and national economy. And then the economic mechanism of water usage such as coefficient of total water usage input，coefficient of total water consumption，correlation index of water usage，correlation index of water consumption，correlation degree of price which explain the price fluctuating of goods caused by water price change are analyzed. Some suggestions on industry development， water price adjustment etc are also put forward which will be useful for water police. |
