三门峡水库在1962—1969年期间,由于泄流规模不足,对进库的一部分洪水起到了自然滞洪滞沙的作用,使得出库洪水细沙含量增加,从而增大了黄河下游河道洪水的输沙能力。当三门峡水库排沙比为0.9~0.85左右时,出库洪水的细沙含量约为60%~65%,提高了5~10个百分点,黄河下游河道基本处于不淤或微冲状态。小浪底水库应借鉴三门峡水库早期运用时的实际经验,对中小洪水只拦减一部分粗泥沙,提高洪水细沙比例,以达到既延长小浪底水库的拦沙年限,又使黄河下游河道实现较长时间不淤积的目的。 |

During 1962—1969,the Sanmenxia Reservoir played the role of retarding flood due to the insufficient discharge capacity of the project,which caused the increase of fine particle in the sediment of outflow, and in turn increased the competency for sediment transport in the channel of Lower Yellow River. When sediment discharge ratio of the Sanmenxia Reservoir is about 0.9~0.85, the fine particle content of outflow is about 60%~65%. In this situation,no siltation happened to the channel of Lower Yellow River. This experience should be used for reference in the operation of Xiaolangdi Reservoir. For moderate flood,the Xiaolangdi Reservoir only needs to intercept a small portion of coarse sediment to increase the fine particle content of outflow to increase the sediment transport competency . |
