喷洒水滴直径及其分布规律是喷灌系统的重要质量指标。采用面粉法进行了新型ZY系列喷头在不同工作压力下水滴直径的室内试验,分析了水滴直径分布。结果表明,与个数加权平均法、中数直径法相比,采用水重加权平均法计算水滴平均直径更符合实际;水滴直径沿射程方向呈现较好的指数函数分布;在距离喷头同一位置处,平均水滴直径随喷头工作压力的升高而减小;ZY-1、ZY-2取样处得出的水重平均水滴直径的最小值和最大值分别噗0.61和3.77mm、0.64和4.28mm;喷头的工作压力对水滴直径的影响与L有关, ZY-1、ZY-2喷头分别在至喷头距离大于5m和11m时差异显著;随着喷头工作压力的升高,产生小水滴的频率增大,表明其雾化效果也越好。 |

The droplet diameter of ZY sprinkler head under different work pressures were measured using
flour method. Meanwhile,the average droplet diameter and cumulative frequency at different distance from the nozzles were analyzed. The results show that compared to the Number Average Method and Middle Cumulative Frequency Diameter Method,the Weighted Average Method calculating the average droplet diameter along flight direction shows a better distribution functions fitted the actual distribution. At the same location from the nozzle,the average droplet diameter decreases with the increase of working pressure. The minimum and maximum droplet diameter of ZY-1 and ZY-2 under the pressure during test are 0.61mm and 3.77mm,0.64 and 4.28mm,respectively. As for the effect of working pressure on the droplet diameter related to the distance from the nozzle,there was no significant difference was found in close distance from the nozzle,while a significant difference was found in far distance from the nozzle. For ZY-1 and ZY-2 sprinkler the distance affecting the droplet diameter under the work pressure are 5m and 11m. With the increasing work pressure,the cumulative frequency of smaller droplet diameter was produced,and the atomization would be better. |
