      综合考虑水库的空间位置、空闲库容、入库洪水过程以及后续降雨等4个因素,建立了防洪控制断面超额水量分配模型;根据实时调度中水库起调水位不断变化的情形,提出了反映水库动态调节能力的动态调节系数,并依据动态调节系数,建立了水库群轮库补偿调度模型;以沂河防洪系统为背景,开展了模型的实例研究,并取得了满意的结果。
英文摘要:
      An excess-water distribution model of the flood controlling cross-section was developed in consid? eration of the reservoir location,idle storage capacity,flood inflow and subsequent rainfall. According to the scenarios for different starting water level in real-time scheduling, a dynamic adjusting coefficient which can reflect the reservoir capacity for dynamic adjustment was proposed. Subsequently,the reservoir compensative operation model for multi-reservoir was established. The model was applied to the Yihe River flood control system,and the results are satisfactory.
