改变传统的防漩消涡观念,研究出一种带有潜水起旋墩的新型喇叭形竖井泄洪洞,在各种水头下均能产生稳定的空腔旋转流运动,用以消除溢流堰和竖井的负压,避免发生空蚀,同时提高泄洪洞的消能率。潜水起旋墩同喇叭形堰外缘的切线成小角度连接,其旋流运动机理是,当水流漫溢堰顶时,开始产生旋转流,而当水深超过
起旋墩顶时自动扩大入流角度和加大泄量,在底层旋流的拖曳下作同步强力旋转流运动。所提出的设计理论和试验研究成果已应用到广东清远抽水蓄能电站的竖井泄洪洞设计中。 |

According to the swirling flow mechanism, a novel shaft spillway which consists of submersible blocks of spiral flow generator and flared weir was developed. The stable and swirling flow with air core in the vertical shaft can be generated under a variety of weir water head possille to eliminate negative pressure and to prevent cavitation. Besides, the energy dissipation ratio of the shaft spillway was increased significantly. The flow mechanism of this novel spiral flow blocks is that when the water head above the weir is low,the water will flow to the vertical shaft along the block wall,and the stable and swirling flow with air core will be generated;however when the water depth was significantly raised over the top of
blocks,the inflow angle will automatically adjust under the action of inertial forces which leading to the
larger discharge capacity, and meanwhile, the water flow will be synchronously swirled under the drag force of bottom flow. The design theory and the research results was applied to the shaft spillway of Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station in Guangdong province. |
