| 探讨社会水循环研究的基本要素、内容 （过程、结构、通量与调控）、分类及其相互之间的科学关系，阐述评介社会水循环研究的国内外进展，对人水和谐的用水配置、用水零增长、蓝水-绿水-虚拟水与粮食安全、水生态与水环境安全、节水减排与循环经济问题等当前备受关注的社会水循环热点科学问题进行深入分析，认为社会水循环与自然水循环的耦合与作用机制、社会水循环系统及其水量水质的演变机制和社会水循环调控与需求管理的决策机制,是社会水循环研究的三大基础性关键科学问题，社会水循环研究的前沿领域包括自然水循环系统与社会水循环系统之间的耦合机理及平衡-约束机制、经济社会发展规律的科学认知与社会水循环之虚拟水流动机理、社会水循环系统的水量水质演变过程、社会水循环系统描述的模型技术与方法和社会水循环系统的评价与调控等，从而与文献[1共同构成社会水循环研究的理论基础和科学框架。 |

| This paper explores the basic elements，scientific contents （including process，structure，flux and regulation），categories and their scientific relations of social water cycle research. Based on the up to date evolvements summarization of social water cycle research，the current key hot spots of co-ncerned scien?tific topics were discussed，such as water deployment aiming at harmonious water-human being interactions，decrease of water demand，blue water，green water，virtual water and food secur-ity，security of hydro-ecology and water environment，water saving-sewerage reducetion and cyclic ec-onomy. It shows that the coupling and interaction mechanisms between social and natural water cycl-es，social water cycle system and water quantity and quality evolvement mechanism，social water cycle regulation and demand management are the three key scientific topics. According to the key scientific topics mentioned above，this paper put forward some frontier fields of social water cycle re-search，such as the rules of economical society development in the view of water cycle and the mec-hanism of virtual water flow，simulation model and methods，appraisement and regulations of social water cycle system，et al. The paper constitutes the theoretical method and scientific framework in this field with the reference［1］cited. |
