随着水电系统规模扩大,制约系统求解瓶颈将愈加突出,需要寻找科学、高效、实用的优化求解方法。本文系统介绍了大规模复杂水电系统的优化求解策略及方法,主要包括缩减系统求解规模的智能化策略、处理系统维数灾问题的组合求解方法和保证系统实用化的可视化交互方法。进而以云南电网水电系统20座水电站的长期发电优化调度问题与红水河干流梯级共9 座水电站的短期调度问题为工程实例,给出了应用上述方法的计算结果。其结果表明,以多个方法的有效结合重建优化调度方法,是求解大规模复杂水电系统的有效途径。本文提出的方法,将为构建智能电网水电系统优化平台发挥重要作用。 |

Following the increase of number and total capacity of hydropower plants in power systems, the optimization of large-scale hydropower system operations is becoming more and more difficult because of more constraints and more complicated requirements involved. It is necessary to find the scientific, efficient, and practical optimization solution methods for these complicated problems. In this paper, a general solution framework for large-scale complex hydropower system operations is presented. It mainly consists of the intelligent solution strategies to reduce problem size,the combined methods to deal with curse of dimensionality, and the interactive visualization techniques to guarantee practical results. Furthermore, these approaches and strategies are tested by two practical hydropower systems, one is the long term operations of hydropower systems in the Yunnan Power Grid with 20 plants, another is the short term operations of hydropower systems of the Hongshuihe Basin in main stream with 9 plants. The proposed solution methodology will play an important role in developing hydropower system optimization platform for Smart Grid. |
