      在提出特高拱坝悬臂高度个性化控制概念的基础上,进一步给出特高拱坝施工期全坝段个性化悬臂高度控制的数值分析方法。以国内在建的某特高拱坝为例,考虑自重荷载、温度荷载、混凝土自身体积变形与徐变等因素影响,采用三维有限元方法对其进行仿真分析,研究了不同坝段在不同灌浆高程情况下的最大主应力极值随悬臂高度增加而变化的规律,并给出应力标准控制值下的全坝段悬臂高度控制值分布示意图。研究成果表明:大坝不同部位的悬臂控制高度未呈现可循规律,须实行个性化控制。悬臂高度个性化控制有利于优化施工进度,缩短施工工期,从而按计划实现坝体挡水度汛及预期发电等关键目标。
英文摘要:
      In this paper,a concept of individual control over cantilever height of super-high dam was proposed. Based on this concept, a related numerical analysis method for determining the individual ultimate values of cantilever height under construction are presented. Taking a super-high arch dam under construction in China as an example,the regularity of the extremum of the major principal stress varying with cantilever height for different monolith in different joint-grouting period was analyzed by a 3D finite element method, with the effects of dead load, thermal load, concrete creep and its autogenously volume deformation considered. Meanwhile, the allowable cantilever height for the arch dam under a standard control is presented graphically. The results indicate that the allowable cantilever heights for different monolith do not show distribution regularities, and individual control over cantilever height should be carried out in super-high arch dams. Individual control over cantilever height is favorable to optimize the construction progress and shorten the construction period.
