水资源利用效率评价是水资源研究领域中的重点问题之一。针对效率评价中采用单一方法存在的问题,本文首先以单一评价方法中常用的熵值法、均方差法、离差法对全国水资源利用效率进行评价。当不同的评价方法对同一评价对象得到的结果不同时,提出使用平均值法、Boarda法、Compeland法以及模糊Boarda法4种组合评价方法对单一评价结果进行组合,同时按迭代修正的思路,当组合评价结果不能通过Spearman等级相关系数一致性检验时,反复使用组合评价,直至通过检验。对全国31个省级行政区水资源利用效率开展应用分析,结果表明,北京、天津、山西等地用水效率高,而宁夏、广西、新疆等地用水效率较低;最后将31个省级行政区水资源利用效率按其特点划分为三类。 |

Water resources are the basic natural resources and strategic economic resources. Water resources utilization efficiency evaluation is one of he key issues in the water resources study field. In this study,the national water resources utilization efficiency was evaluated by some single evaluation methods at first, which contains Entropy method, Mean Square method and Deviation method. If the evaluation results
obtained from different methods were different for the same objective,four combined evaluation methods,average method, Boarda method, Compeland method and fuzzy Boarda method, were introduced. Meanwhile, if the results from the combined evaluation methods couldn’t pass the Spearman test,the combined evaluation methods were employed again. At last, the data of the 31 provincial-level administrative was used as an example of water resources utilization efficiency evaluation and analysis. The results show that water resources utilization efficiency is higher in Beijing,Tianjin and Shanxi,and lower in Ningxia,Guangxi,Xin?
jiang Province. At the end of this work,the evaluation objectives were sorted into three groups according to
their features of water resources utilization efficiency. |
