本文提出了一种新型对称水平底钢岔管,并研究了相应的设计理论和方法。该岔管在保持传统钢岔管优点的基础上,保证各管节的管底在同一高程,使其在高压管道检修时可以自流排水,不需要采用水泵抽水或在钢岔管上留孔并接专用排水系统,可大大缩短排水时间,增加检修的有效工时。结合某工程实例,通过有限元方法与月牙肋钢岔管进行对比分析,结果表明,新型水平底钢岔管体形匀称,加工简单,水力特性良好,受力合理,采用地下埋管布置时开挖断面较小,经济性好,可以在实际工程中推广应用。 |

A new type of steel bifurcation with horizontal bottom and corresponding design theory and methods are proposed in this paper. In addition to keep the advantage of traditional steel bifurcations, the bottom of all pipe sections of this new one locates at the same level. It makes gravity drainage possible and has no need of draining water by pump or special drainage system during the maintenance of penstocks, and it has remarkable superiority for shortening the draining time. Relying on an actual project, a crescent-rib reinforced bifurcation and this new bifurcation are compared and analyzed by finite element method. It has well-balanced shape, simple structure, favorable water features, reasonable stress state, better economic gain and small excavation section for underground penstock. Therefore, it can be applied widely
in engineering project. |
