地下厂房岩壁吊车梁受拉锚杆的分析和设计是否应考虑及如何考虑围岩的释放应力与吊车轮压应力的叠加,是目前水电工程界争论较多的问题之一。利用经典力学平衡理论,分析了岩壁吊车梁受拉锚杆的围岩释放应力及吊车轮压应力的形成机理,揭示了各个不同受力阶段岩壁吊车梁受拉锚杆的承载机理和应力传递规律,在此基础上分析了围岩释放应力对岩壁吊车梁承载能力极限状态和正常使用极限状态的力学性能的影响机制。结果表明,围岩的释放应力相当于加载之前对受拉锚杆施加了预应力,它能改善岩壁接合面的开裂及梁体变形性能,但不会对岩壁吊车梁的承载能力极限状态产生正面或负面影响;由岩壁吊车梁极限平衡条件得出的受拉锚杆的吊车轮压应力不应与围岩的释放应力相叠加。上述研究成果可为岩壁吊车梁受拉锚杆的设计提供理论依据和技术支持。 |

Whether and how to consider the superposition of released stress induced by deformation of surrounding rock and tensile stress induced by crane load during the analysis and design process of rock-bolted crane beam in underground powerhouse, is one of the controversial issues in hydropower engineering.Based on classical mechanics equilibrium theory, the mechanism of released stress and tensile stress from crane load for tensile bolts was analyzed for rock-bolted crane beam, and the load bearing mechanism and stress-transferring laws was revealed for rock-bolted crane beam under different stages. Moreover, the influence mechanism of released stress on the mechanical performance of rock-bolted crane beam was analyzed under both serviceability limit state and ultimate carrying capacity limit state. The results show that the effect of release of stress is equivalent to prestress the tensile bolt before crane load applied, which can improve the anti-cracking performance of concrete-rock interface and the deformation properties of crane beam, while it has no positive or negative effect on the bearing capacity of rock-bolted. Related research provides a theoretical basis for the design of tensile bolts in rock-bolted crane beam. |
