电化学萃取氯离子作为一项新型高效的钢筋混凝土防护技术,通过外加电场迫使混凝土中的氯离子从钢筋附近迁移至混凝土表面,同时使钢筋重新恢复钝化。本文综述了近年来国内外在此方面的研究进展,系统地介绍了电化学萃取氯离子的基本原理、装置选择与萃取参数确定、影响因素和电化学萃取氯离子对混凝土宏、微观性能的影响。同时结合目前研究现状对需要进一步研究的问题提出了相应的建议。 |

Electrochemical chloride extraction(ECE), as a novel rehabilitation technology on the chloride contaminated structures, can be used to repel the harmful chloride ions in reinforced concrete structure out from the vicinity of the rebar to the surface of concrete and repassivate the rebar through the applied electric field. In this paper, recent research progress at home and abroad on ECE were reviewed. The basic mechanism of ECE, device selection and determination of parameters, factors influencing the ECE performance and the effect of ECE on macro and micro performance of concrete were systematically introduced.Meanwhile some aspects for the further studies were proposed combined with the current status of research on ECE. |
