      针对甲藻能够主动垂向移动的特点,将传统一维箱体模型修正成7层垂向结构,增加拉格朗日粒子在不同层之间的质量交换模拟甲藻的垂向移动,使用欧拉方法模拟水体中其余环境变量的变化,研究赤潮发生期间甲藻的垂向移动和水体中溶解氧浓度变化之间的关系。以香港吉奥湾为例,对2001年多纹膝沟甲藻赤潮进行了模拟分析;以叶绿素a和溶解氧两个指标对模型进行验证。结果表明:叶绿素a和溶解氧的垂向浓度分布的模拟值和实测值基本符合;赤潮期间甲藻发生明显的垂向迁移,其呼吸、生长速率有所增加,水体中溶解氧浓度迅速下降。对传统箱体模型的垂向分层有助于了解赤潮期间水体垂向上微生物和溶解氧分布的差异,为进一步研究赤潮发生机制提供了参考依据。

      For the ability of vertical movement of dinoflagellate, the box model was modified to a 7 layers vertical structure model. The vertical movement of dinoflagellate is simulated through mass exchange of Lagrange particles between different layers, and environmental variables are simulated using Eulerian scheme.The relationship between vertical movement of dinoflagellate and variation of concentration of dissolved oxygen were studied using modified model. The modified model simulated the Gonyaulax polygramma bloom in 2001 at Kat O,the concentration of chlorophyll-a and dissolved oxygen were selected for calibration of the model. The results show that the simulated result of the vertical concentration of chlorophyll-a and dissolved oxygen matched the measured results well. It is observed that there is an obvious vertical migration during red tide. The concentration of dissolved oxygen decreased for increased growth rate and respiration of dinoflagellate. This model has been shown to be a useful tool to understand vertical difference of germ and dissolved oxygen,and is expected to give a better reference for studying the mechanism of red tide.
