水轮发电机组调节系统的调节品质已成为现代电力系统运行和控制的重要指标之一。本文研究了多台水轮发电机组共用尾水调压室流道结构及其相应的数学模型,数值仿真及实际录波分析的结果表明,多机之间的调节过程存在互相干涉的现象且可造成控制过程的振荡,通过数学模型分析进而得出大扰动下产生系统振荡的成因参数。其后以3台机组共用尾水调压室为例,通过分析包括流道水力结构的控制系统传递函数,选取水轮机调节系统为优化方向,设计了振荡控制器并为其选取了合适的参数,可抑制因多机共用尾水调压室水工结构而形成的调节振荡,实现动态过程的加速收敛与稳定。现场试验证明了控制器的有效性。 |

The regulating quality of hydro turbine generator governor system has become one of the important indicators in modern power systems. This paper presents multi hydro turbine generators sharing flow channel structure of tailrace surge tank and the corresponding mathematical model, the analysis results of mathematical simulation and actual recording indicate that the mutual interference phenomenon between multi hydro turbine generators exists and can cause control process oscillation during the regulating process.The parameters that cause oscillation in large disturbance are analyzed through mathematical model. In this paper,taking 3 hydro turbine generators which share flow channel structure of tailrace surge tank as an example,and by analyzing control system transfer function which includes the channel hydraulic structure,hydro turbine regulating system is selected as an optimize direction, and oscillation controller is designed with appropriate parameters in order to restrain regulating oscillation caused by such flow channel structure and implement acceleration of convergence and stability in dynamic control process. The field test proves the effectiveness of the proposed controller. |
