      以D市复杂水库群供、调水系统为背景,针对常规建模方法存在的状态可行域过大、决策变量与状态变量逻辑关系复杂等缺点,提出了直接以调度决策核心变量为基础分别构建“无源水库”,建立基于“无源水库”的水库群供、调水系统优化调度动态规划模型。针对动态规划几种降维方法普遍存在的对初始状态依赖性强的问题,提出了全域变廊道降维搜索算法,保证在任意初始状态下,优化调度计算结果均能稳定逼近全局最优解。将水库群供、调水系统优化调度建模求解新方法与经典动态规划方法的计算结果进行对比,调度结果和计算效率都明显优于后者,证明了该方法的适用性和可靠性。研究成果对于系统实时调度具有重要意义。

      Taking the complex reservoir group water diversion system in D city as the background, for the drawbacks of conventional modeling method with too large the feasible domain and the complex relationship between decision variable and state variable in logic, an idea was proposed to construct“reservoir without runoff” separately base on the core variables of operation decision directly, by which a dynamic programming model for optimal operation of water diversion system has been established. For the problem of dimensionality reduction in dynamic programming methods which strongly depends on the initial state, a universe variable gallery dimensionality reduction search algorithm was proposed. Under the arbitrary initial state,the optimal operation results can stable approximate the global optimal solution. Compared with the classical DP algorithm calculation, the operation results and calculation efficiency is better than the latter, which prove the applicability and reliability of the new method. The research results are of great significance for the real-time operation system.
