      20世纪90年代开展的“淮河中游河床演变与整治研究”,根据对淮河干流主要水文站长系列水沙观测资料的分析,得出“淮河干流年径流量没有趋势性的变化,1970年后,含沙量呈现持续减少”的结论,和“淮北地区农业持续增产对下垫面的改变,可能是持续减沙成因”的有待研究验证的推论。2000年以来,用不同分析方法的研究证实这种水沙变化趋势的客观存在,并延续到2008年;存在的问题是按照输沙量与径流量的乘幂相关建立的公式,或者与实际不符,或者过于繁琐不便应用。为了建立能反映含沙量趋减条件的含沙量与径流量相关的公式,本文试用“年递减因数”修正含沙量与径流量乘幂相关的模式,应用于淮河两个主要水文站,取得含沙量的计算值与实测值符合较好的效果。淮河年含沙量大幅度的持续减小,河床演变有利于向扩大主槽方向发展,解除泥沙淤积主槽的顾虑,对因势利导,整治主槽,扩大行洪通道行洪能力,提高启用行洪区的标准,实现现阶段治淮的重要任务,具有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      Based on the analysis of hydrological data obtained from two main hydrological stations in 1950-1999, the variation trends of runoff and sediment concentration in the middle reach of the Huaihe River were obtained. The results indicate that there was no variation trend in the time series of runoff,while the sediment supply shows a decreasing trend after 1970. Two research works conducted in 2000s,using different analysis methods which proved that such variation trends are objective. The traditional relationships between runoff and sediment concentration are no longer applicable for the Huaihe River and should be modified by a factor of yearly reduction. For two hydrological stations the application of“factor of yearly reduction” has been shown good agreement of calculated sediment concentration with observed. As the sediment load is getting smaller, enlarging the conveying cross section of main channel might be successful and rational. The harnessing goal should be towards raising the enabling standard of the flood diversion areas.
