      为解决水工建筑物伸缩缝止水问题,特别是反向水压作用下的伸缩缝或裂缝止水防渗问题,本文研究了一种新型聚脲基复合防渗体系,该防渗体系能够适应低温、潮湿的工作环境,具有绿色环保、止水性能好、耐久性及抗冲耐磨性强、适应伸缩缝三维变形能力等优点。通过与传统止水体系对比,进行了粘结力试验、聚脲基复合材料在不同湿度下的试验、反向压水试验等室内及现场试验研究,同时,对新型聚脲基复合防渗体系材料的性能及作用机理进行了研究。结果表明,新研发材料的粘结强度高、防渗性能好,可以用于潮湿、水中等施工环境。新型聚脲基复合防渗体系在输水隧洞实际工程中的成功应用,进一步证明了该防渗体系的适用性和可靠性。

      To resolve the sealing problem of expansion joints in the hydraulic structures, especially focus- ing on the expansion joints or cracks under reverse pressure, a new polyurea-composite impervious system is presented in this paper. The new impervious system can adapt to the environment with low temperature and humidity,and owns many advantages,such as environment-friendly,well sealing property,strong dura- bility, anti-scourability and abrasive resistance, adaption to three-dimensional deformation of expansion joints et at all. Compared with the traditional impervious system,laboratory experiment and field experiment (including the adhesion tests,the humidity tests and pump-in tests) are studied in this paper,and the ma- terial properties and the function mechanism of the new polyurea-composite impervious system are also stud- ied. It indicated, considering the experiment results, that the new material shows better bonding strength and sealing property under the environment filled with water. The application and reliability of the new im- pervious system is validated by the successful application of polyurea-composite impervious system in the practical engineering of water-conveyance tunnel.
