      针对国内某大型抽水蓄能电站厂房强烈振动问题,本文开展了厂房局部结构振动测试、自振频率测试和脉动压力测试等现场测试;创建了精细三维有限元模型,求解了厂房结构局部结构自振频率,利用脉动压力测试结果计算了厂房振动响应,并通过调整立柱尺寸开展了厂房减振措施研究,同时对新建抽水蓄能电站厂房振动安全问题提出了展望。本文研究成果如下:(1)蜗壳内脉动压力为厂房结构振动主振源,其振动主频为100.0 Hz;(2)厂房局部结构振动强烈的原因在于其母线层立柱和水轮机层立柱的水平自振频率接近蜗壳脉动压力主频,两层立柱产生幅值较大水平振动引起楼板竖向强烈振动;(3)通过调整立柱截面尺寸,两层立柱和楼板振动响应均有大幅降低,减振效果显著。

      In order to find out the mechanism of strong powerhouse vibration of a large pumped storage power plant in China, a series of on-site tests, such as vibration test of powerhouse local structure, natu-ral vibration frequency test and pulsating pressure test, have been carried out in this paper. Meanwhile, based on the fine three-dimensional finite element model of the powerhouse, natural vibration frequency analysis of the local structures of the powerhouse has been solved. Besides,its dynamic response under the pulsating pressure obtained from the on-site tests has been caculated, and research on vibration reduction measures through modifying the size of its columns has been completed. At the same time, the prospect of powerhouse vibration safety of new pumped storage power station has been put forward.The research results are listed as follows:(1) Pulsating pressure in the volute contributes most to the vibration of the power-house structure, and its main frequency is 100.0Hz;(2) The strong vibration of its local structure is due to the fact that the horizontal natural frequencies of its bus-layer columns and its turbine-layer columns are close to the main frequency of volute pulsating pressure, and local strong vertical vibration of the floor is caused by strong horizontal vibration of the two-layer columns;(3) By the modification of the column section size, both the vibration response of the two-storey columns and that of the local floor drop signifi-cantly,so the effect of vibration reduction is remarkable.
