      降雨资料的合理选取是进行年径流总量控制率统计分析的重要基础,直接影响到年径流总量控制率-设计降雨量对应关系的准确性。本文以北京市海绵城市试点区1951-2016年长序列场次降雨数据为例,定量分析了场次降雨划分方法和场次降雨序列年际变化对年径流总量控制率的影响。结果表明,较人为划分的日降雨数据而言,场次降雨数据能够更加真实地反映场次降雨特征。日降雨数据计算得到的设计降雨量整体偏低约14%,对于85%的年径流总量控制率条件,设计降雨量偏低5.9 mm。通过对6个场次降雨特征值进行M-K突变和趋势检验,将北京市海绵城市试点区的场次降雨序列划分为3个阶段,针对各阶段分别核算年径流总量控制率-设计降雨量关系,进而得到较为全面和客观的年径流总量控制率变化区间。因此,在数据资料允许的条件下,年径流总量控制率的核算应基于场次降雨数据进行,并在识别场次降雨序列年际变化特征的基础上,确定合理的年径流总量控制率变化区间,提高年径流总量控制率-设计降雨量对应关系计算结果的科学性,确保最优的海绵城市建设效果与合理的工程建设投入。

      Reasonable selection of rainfall data is an important basis for statistical analysis of volume capture ratio of annual rainfall (VCRAR),which directly affects the accuracy of the corresponding relationship between VCRAR and designed rainfall. In this paper, by taking Beijing long-term rainfall data (1951-2016)as an example, we quantitatively analyzed the influence of the dividing method of field rainfall and the interannual variation pattern of field rainfall series on VCRAR. The results show that the field rainfall data are better to reflect the characteristics of field rainfall. For Beijing,the design rainfall calculated by daily rainfall data is about 14% lower overall. For VCRAR equals to 85%, the design rainfall is 5.9 mm lower. The interannual variation of field rainfall series has a significant influence on the calculation results of VCRAR, therefore, the selection of rainfall data should depend on the characteristics of field rainfall data. The field rainfall series in the study area can be divided into three stages, and the rainfall data in different stages are used to calculate the VCRAR separately. Thus, a reasonable region of VCRAR can be obtained, which can give a comprehensive and objective reference for Sponge City construction. Therefore, the calculation of VCRAR should be based on the field rainfall data, and the reasonable region of VCRAR can be calculated by identifying the interannual variation pattern of field rainfall. Thus, the accurate relationship between the volume capture ratio of annual rainfall and designed rainfall can be obtained, and then we can ensure the optimal construction effect and reasonable construction investment of sponge city.
