开展高海拔地区水电工程智能建造关键挑战问题与对策研究,对促进水电安全、优质、绿色、高效开发具有重要意义。本文总结了高海拔地区水电的自然环境、建筑结构、工程建设等特点,从生态优先、本质安全、精品工程、资源利用、价值创造方面阐明了高海拔智能建造面临的挑战。基于“全面感知、真实分析、实时控制、持续优化”的闭环建造控制理论,聚焦高海拔地区水电工程建设中将会出现的新问题,建立了智能建造三维四要素协同系统分析框架;对典型河段的生态调控、地下空间环境健康、土石方智能平衡、水工隧洞智能衬砌、深厚覆盖层地基智能振冲、地质灾害防治及绿色生产辅助系统等,提出了相应的智能建造方法和对策,以充分发挥智能化技术和管理在资源投入、工艺过程、业务流程、结构性态、工程进度和实物成本等六大管理要素中的重要作用,推进高海拔水电工程智能建造技术创新和管理提升。研究结果对高海拔地区水电工程智能建造技术与管理的应用和发展具有指导意义,也可供其它水工程及基础设施工程建设借鉴。 |

Study on the challenges and strategies of hydropower intelligent construction in high-altitude areas is of great significance to promote the safety, high-quality, efficiency and green construction. Firstly, the hydropower characteristics of environment,structures and construction in high-altitude areas are summarized in this paper, and the challenges of high-altitude intelligent construction are elucidated from the aspects of ecological priority,intrinsic safety,excellent quality,resource utilization and value creation. Based on the closed-loop control theory of "comprehensive perception,true analysis,real-time control,continuously optimize", focusing on the new problems that will arise in the construction of hydropower projects in high altitude areas,a three-dimensional,four element collaborative system analysis model of intelligent construction is established. Aiming at the ecology of typical river sections, the underground healthy environment,the effective use of excavation materials,the intelligent lining of long and large tunnels,the intelligent vibro-stone columns of deep overburden foundations, and the prevention of geo-disasters, the corresponding intelligent construction methods and countermeasures are proposed. The methods and countermeasures can give full play to the important role of digital and intelligent technology and management in the six management elements of resource input, technological process, business process, structural state, project progress and physical cost,and promote the technological innovation and management improvement of intelligent construction of high altitude hydropower projects. The study results are of guiding significance for the development of intelligent construction of hydropower projects in high altitude areas, and can also be used as reference for other similar projects and infrastructure engineering construction. |
