随着生态文明建设、人水和谐理念的深入,生态调度也从理论方法研究进入实践应用阶段,但从工程生态调度到流域生态调度仍有诸多技术问题。本文以流域生态调度需求迫切的松花江流域为例,在梳理流域经济发展与生态保护需求的基础上,构建松花江流域二层结构流域生态调度模型,在流域层面水量总体配置的基础上针对重点生态断面、水库进行生态优化调度。通过从流域水量调控到断面生态流量调度的耦合分析,给出不同方案流域水量供需平衡和水源配置基础上的重点断面生态调度结果,提出重点水库的调度规则优化方案,验证了二层结构流域生态调度模型的实际应用效果,可为流域生态调度实践和相关研究提供依据和参考。 |

With the deepening of ecological civilization construction and the concept of human-water harmony, ecological dispatching has entered the stage of practical application from theoretical research, but there are still many technical problems from engineering ecological dispatching to river-basin level ecological dispatching. This paper takes the Songhua River Basin, which is in urgent need of ecological dispatching, as an example to apply the technology of river-basin level ecological regulation. On the basis of the demands of economic development and ecological protection, the ecological dispatching model of the two-layer structure of the Songhua River basin is constructed. Based on the overall allocation of water volume at the basin level, the ecological optimal dispatching is carried out for key ecological sections and major reservoirs. Through integrated anlysis of overall water regulation and ecological dispathcin on sections, the paper offers the different scheme of water balance between supply and demand and the cross-sections'flow with ecological operation, as well as the key optimization of reservoir operation rules. The application verifies the feasibilities and effectiveness of the model, which can provides the refereences for river basin ecological operation practice and relevant research. |
