随着风电和光伏装机规模及其在电网中占比的双增长,电力系统安全经济运行对调峰资源需求更大,优化调度运行方式,挖掘现有调峰潜力资源是一条有效途径。本文以雅砻江下游流域水风光一体化多能互补示范基地为研究对象,剖析了能源基地现行分散式运行模式存在的问题,提出能源基地水风光多能源集总式调度运行模式。在此基础上,构建了考虑能源基地跨区域送电、多电网调峰的多能互补短期优化调度模型,并从水风光出力过程、新能源消纳量、梯级水电出力及弃、缺电情况等四个方面对比分析了两种运行模式差异。结果表明,集总式调度运行模式能够更充分发挥流域梯级水电站调峰能力,不仅能够提高新能源消纳量,同时能够在一定程度上保障水电发电量,并能够有效解决当前运行模式在同一时刻同时存在弃电和缺电现象,体现了区域间资源互补优势。 |

With the double growth of wind power and photovoltaic installed capacity and their proportion in the power grid, the safe and economical operation of the power system requires more peak shaving resources.It is an effective way to optimize the operation mode of scheduling and tap the potential of peak shaving of existing resources.Taking the demonstration base of water-wind-solar integration multi-energy complementary in the lower reaches of the Yalong River as the research object, the problems existing in the current decentralized operation mode of the energy base were analyzed, and a centralized dispatch operation mode for the water-wind-solar multi-energy energy base was proposed.On this basis, a multi-energy complementary optimal dispatch model was constructed considering the cross-regional power transmission of the energy base and the peak regulation of multiple power grids, and the differences between the two operating modes were compared and analyzed.The results show that the centralized dispatching operation mode proposed in this paper can give full play to the peak shaving capacity of cascade hydropower stations in the basin, which can not only increase the consumption of new energy, but also guarantee the power generation of hydropower to a certain extent.In addition, the lumped scheduling operation mode proposed in this paper can effectively solve the phenomenon of power abandonment and power shortage at the same time in the current operation mode, which reflects the advantages of resource complementarity between regions under the centralized dispatching operation mode. |
