      中国西南地区流域水力资源富集,水利水电工程开发面临复杂地质环境和深厚覆盖层带来的抗滑稳定、渗透稳定、不均匀沉降变形、防冲刷和砂土地震液化等问题。振冲碎石桩置换是提高地基承载力、防止液化的有效手段。本文通过试验和数值仿真揭示了振冲碎石桩“底中顶三区动力平衡”和“机石土三域相互作用”的成桩机理,依托应用现场实践提出了施工数据全面采集、施工状态真实分析、施工过程智能控制、施工参数持续优化、施工质量在线管理的智能振冲概念;其次,提出了基于状态转移函数的智能振冲控制模型与实时联动控制方法;研发了基于“云-边-端”智能振冲工作架构的一体化数字化协同工作平台和成套智能振冲装备,建立了数字化振冲碎石桩复合地基质量评价体系。研究成果在硬梁包水电站深厚覆盖层处理得到应用,工后监测显示效果良好,可供同类工程参考。

      China’s southwest region is rich in hydraulic resources, but the development of hydropower engineering is restricted to engineering geological problems arising from the complex geological environment and deep overburden, such as anti-slide stability, permeability stability, uneven settlement deformation, erosion resistance, and earthquake liquefaction.Vibro stone columns is an effective means to improve the bearing capacity of the foundation and prevent liquefaction.This paper reveals the mechanism of “three-zone dynamic balance at the bottom, middle and top” and “three-domain interaction between machine, stone and soil” during the construction of vibro stone columns through experiments and numerical analysis.Relying on practical applications in the field, the paper puts forward the intelligent vibroflotation concept of full data acquisition during construction, real analysis of construction status, intelligent control during construction process, continuous optimization of construction parameters and online management of construction quality.Secondly, it proposes an intelligent vibroflotation control model based on state transition functions and real-time linkage control methods.It has developed an integrated digital collaborative work platform based on a “cloud-edge-end” intelligent vibroflotation work architecture and a complete set of intelligent vibroflotation equipment.It has established a digital evaluation system for the quality of crushed stone pile composite foundations.The study results have been applied to the treatment of thick overburden at the Hard Beam Pack Hydropower Station.Post-monitoring shows good results, which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
