      目前断丝是预应力钢筒混凝土管(Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe,PCCP)结构性能评估时考虑的主要因素。由于砂浆对钢丝的握裹作用,断丝预应力损失的初始范围、扩展时机和扩展幅度是研究管芯预压应力保有量的关键指标。本文基于分布式光纤传感器,考虑了3类荷载作用下2类断丝的影响,对4根相同设计参数的PCCP进行了断丝直到破坏的原型试验研究。在恒定内压下集中与离散断丝、循环内压下离散断丝以及恒定外压下集中断丝试验中,管体破坏时的极限断丝数(率)分别为60(19.8%)、185(61.1%)、140(46.2%)和150(49.5%)。试验获得了不同工况下管体破坏过程中各层材料初始损伤和管体最终破坏时对应的断丝数量,揭示了管芯的预应力损失和破坏规律,展现了断丝PCCP结构性能评估时应注意的关键因素,为开发断丝破坏过程的数值模拟方法提供了依据。

      At present, the number of broken wires is the main factor considered in the structural performance assessment of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP).Due to the gripping effect of mortar on broken wires, the initial size, extension timing, and extension amplitude of the range in each broken wire regaining its full tension are key indicators for studying the preservation of prestress in the core.Based on distributed fiber optic sensors, this paper presents four prototype experiments on the PCCPs with the same design parameters, focusing on wire breakage until failure, considering the effects of two wire-breaking types under three load types.The ultimate numbers (rates) of broken wires in the experiments of the clustered and scattered wire breakage under the constant internal pressure, scattered wire breakage under the cyclic internal pressure, and clustered wire breakage under the constant external load are 60(19.8%), 185(61.1%), 140(46.2%), and 150(49.5%), respectively.Experimental investigation obtained numbers of broken wires corresponding to the damage of constituent materials and the final failure of pipes under different conditions, which revealed the laws of the prestress loss and failure of the core, highlighting key factors that should be considered when evaluating the structural performance of PCCP with broken wires.Furthermore, it provides a basis for developing a numerical method for simulating the wire-breaking process.
