      针对导流洞混凝土堵头与围岩之间的潜在滑动问题,以猴子岩水电站为例,引入有限元混合法,建立了考虑接触非线性的温度应力场全过程仿真分析模型,并在相应计算成果基础上利用有限元极限平衡法对堵头抗滑稳定安全度进行评估。为验证有限元混合法的合理性,分别基于刚体极限平衡法及弹塑性有限元法对导流洞堵头稳定安全度进行对比复核。研究结果表明:3种稳定安全复核方式下堵头抗滑稳定安全系数均满足规范要求,但基于有限元混合法的温度应力场仿真分析模型,能更真实地反映施工及运行期堵头与围岩之间的连续-非连续过程,进而更加精确地评估不同温控及蓄水方案下接触面的受力状态变化及堵头稳定安全性能。为解决全过程温控接触非线性问题的求解效率问题,从接触迭代方程的特征出发,提出了矩阵方程的简化计算方法。本文研究成果可为水库堵头及类似温控接触问题提供参考。

      To address the potential sliding problem between the concrete plug and surrounding rocks of the diversion tunnel,a mixed finite element method is introduced to establish a full process thermal stress field simulation model that takes into account the contact nonlinearity,with the HZY Hydropower Station as an example. Based on the consequent calculation results,the sliding-stability safety factor of plug is checked by the finite element limit equilibrium method. In order to verify the rationality of the proposed approach,the rigid limit equilibrium method and the elastoplastic finite element method are adopted for calculating the safety factor respectively for comparison. The results show that,the safety factor of anti-sliding stability of the plug under the three stability safety review methods can all meet the specification requirements. However,the thermal stress simulation analysis model considering the contact nonlinearity can better reflect the continuous-discontinuous process between plug and surrounding rocks during construction and operation period,thus it can provide a more accurate evaluation for the contact stress state and plug stability under various temperature control schemes and water impoundment schemes. To improve the calculation efficiency of thermal stress problems with contact nonlinearity,a simplified method is given for the composition of matrix equation,in light of the character of contact iteration function. The research here can be referred for similar thermal stress problems with contact nonlinearity in civil and hydraulic projects.
