| 在拱坝的动力优化中，应用传统的以体积为目标函数的数学模型，有一定的局限性。本 文用最优控制理论建立双目标模型与能量模型对拱坝进行动力优化分析，两模型综合考虑拱坝的 安全性、经济性和稳定性。并以小湾拱坝的计算结果验证两模型的合理性与可行性。 |

| The Optimum Control Theory is applied to establish the double-objective model and energy model for dynamic optimization of arch dam.By using these two models the safety，economy and stability of arch dam can be comprehensively studied.The reasonableness and feasibility of the models are witnessed by the computational result of arch dam in Xaiowan Hydropower project. |
