抽水蓄能电站进/出水口有时难以避免与复杂布置形式隧洞相接,当两者距离较近时,出流工况进/出水口存在严重的偏流现象,会导致拦污栅断面流速不均匀、各孔口流量分配不均匀等问题。然而,实际工程中受地形地质条件等限制,复杂布置形式隧洞可调整的范围非常有限,给进/出水口水力设计优化带来了很大困难。为解决进/出水口接复杂布置形式隧洞时所出现水力学问题,本文采用数值模拟的方法,研究了接复杂布置形式隧洞进/出水口的水力特性,并提出了相应的优化方法。结果表明:当进/出水口接复杂布置形式隧洞时,出流工况孔口流量比均超出0.9~1.1的范围,拦污栅断面流速不均匀系数大于2。在不改变隧洞布置形式的条件下,提出了优化方法,即通过减小中墙后退距离改善孔口流量分配,通过调整扩散段底部坡度改善拦污栅断面流速分布。进一步分析了复杂布置形式隧洞的影响范围,明确了复杂布置形式隧洞距离进/出水口小于20D时,应考虑其对进/出水口水力特性的影响。研究成果可为抽水蓄能电站进/出水口的设计和优化提供指导。 |

Sometimes,it is challenging to avoid the side inlet/outlet of a pumped storage power station that connects the tunnel with a complex layout.When the distance between the two is close,there is a serious bias flow phenomenon of the inlet/outlet under the outflow condition,which leads to the uneven distribution of the velocity of the trash rack section and the uneven distribution of the orifice flow.However,due to the limitation of topographic and geological conditions in practical engineering,the adjustable range of tunnels with complex layout is limited,which brings great difficulty to the optimization of hydraulic design of inlet/outlet.In order to solve the hydraulic problems when the inlet/outlet with the complex tunnel layout,this paper uses the numerical simulation method to study the hydraulic characteristics of the inlet/outlet with the complex tunnel layout,and puts forward the corresponding optimization method.The results show that when the inlet/outlet with the complex tunnel layout,the orifice flow ratio of the outflow condition exceeds the range of 0.9-1.1,and the non-uniformity coefficient of the flow velocity of the trash rack section is greater than 2.Under the condition of not changing the layout of the tunnel,an optimization method is proposed,that is,orifice flow distribution is improved by reducing the retreat distance of the middle partition wall,and the flow velocity distribution of the trash rack section is improved by adjusting the bottom slope of the inlet/outlet.The influence range of the complex tunnel layout is further analyzed,and it is determined that when the distance between the complex tunnel layout and the inlet/outlet is less than 20D,its influence on the hydraulic characteristics of the inlet/outlet should be considered.The research results can provide guidance for the shape design and optimization of the inlet/outlet of pumped storage power station. |
