      橡胶坝多用于城市河渠截流蓄水,是绿色、低碳、经济的柔性水工堰坝结构。受限于材料技术及生产制造工艺发展,现有橡胶坝挡水水位低,高橡胶坝建设面临整体投资高及技术滞后等问题。本文提出了上层坝袋充气,下层坝袋充水的水-气充灌式双层橡胶坝。基于有限差分法建立了坝袋结构-流体力学模型,通过大比尺模型试验证实了模型的准确性。分析了上游水位、充气压力、压力水头、锚固间距和坝袋周长比对坝袋受力变形特性及张拉力的影响。结果表明:增加水位,坝高先增后降,坝宽、接地宽度及张拉力持续增加,上下层坝袋截面积持续降低;得到的最优参数为坝袋周长比L2/L1=0.9、充气压力pi1=0.20γwL1、压力水头Hi2=0.45L1、锚固间距D/L1=0.06、上述参数下临界水位Hcr=0.375L1;基于最优结构参数,得到了设计计算参数表,可用于水-气充灌式双层橡胶坝的设计计算。

      Rubber dam is mostly used for impounding in existing urban rivers and channels,which is a green,low-carbon and economical flexible cylindrical structures.Restricted by the development of material technology and manufacturing process,the existing rubber dams retaining water level is low,high rubber dam construction will face the overall investment in high and lagging technology and other issues.The water- and air-filled double-layer rubber dam was proposed.A structure-fluid mechanics model of the proposed dam is established based on the finite difference method.The accuracy of the proposed method was verified by the large scale model test.Parametric studies were carried out to identify the effects of the upstream water level,internal air pressure and water head,anchorage distance and the perimeter ratio on the deformation characteristics and tensile forces.The results show that with the increase of upstream water level,the dam height increases first and then decreases,the width,contact width and tensile force increase continuously,and the cross-sectional areas of the two dams decrease continuously.The optimum perimeter ratio is 0.9,the optimum air pressure is 0.20γwL1,the optimum water head is 0.45γwL1,the optimum anchorage distance is D=0.06L1,and the ultimate external water level that can be resisted under the optimum parameters is Hcr=0.375L1.Based on the optimum structural parameters,the design parameter table of the new dam is obtained,which can be used for the design and calculation of the proposed rubber dam.
