      先导式泄压阀是一种先进的防水击危害的智能水力装置,具有根据管道水压的变化自动做出开启或者关闭的功能。本文建立泄压阀水力瞬变流量、水压与泄压阀开度的函数关系,提出泄压阀主阀开度响应水压变化的递进模型,并设计出计算机数值仿真先导式泄压阀响应水压变化的动作过程的方法和程序。最后,以实际工程为例,研究了管道承受负压的能力,以及先导式泄压阀口径和线性启闭时间对水力瞬变的影响。结果表明:泄压阀在水击过程中并不总是能完全开启,只是部分开启,甚至仅开启很小的开度,从而影响对后续突然升高冲击水压的消减效果,这在今后水击危害防护分析中应引起重视。
英文摘要:
      The pilot operated pressure relief valve is an advanced intelligent hydraulic device against water hammer hazards,which can automatically open or close according to the change of water pressure in water diversion pipeline. This paper establishes the functional relationship between the hydraulic transient flow, water pressure and the opening of the pressure relief valve,puts forward the progressive model of the opening of the main valve of the pressure relief valve in response to the change of water pressure, and then puts forward the method and program of computer numerical simulation of the action process of the pilot pressure relief valve in response to the change of water pressure. Finally, through a practical engineering example,the ability of the pipeline to bear negative pressure and the influence of the diameter and linear opening and closing time of the pilot pressure relief valve on the hydraulic transients are studied. The results show that the pressure relief valve can't always be fully opened in the process of water hammer,but only partially opened, or even only a small opening, thus affecting the reduction effect of the subsequent sudden increase of the impact water pressure,which should be paid attention to the analysis of water hammer hazard protection in the future.
