      计算分析结合实际工程展开,某渠首电站具有长引水洞向三台转桨式水轮发电机组供水,其水流惯性时间常数高达27秒,按规范必须设置调压井;为推广采用调压阀代替调压井工程措施,为此开展了转桨式水轮机调节系统仿真程序的开发:包括描述水轮机的非线性特性的数据文件;认真考虑了水轮机调速器主配压阀非线性特性;给出了一条有压隧洞向三台水轮发电机供水时,水击现象对水轮机调节系统过渡过程的影响。通过计算实例说明项目:水轮发电机组自动启动、空载扰动自动调节、带负荷自动调节、甩负荷自动调节工况下,水轮机调节系统过渡过程稳定,可以采用调压阀替代调压井。
英文摘要:
      The calculation and analysis are carried out in combination with the actual project. A canal head hydro-power station has a long diversion tunnel to supply water to three Kaplan hydrauturbine generators, and its flow inertia time constant is as high as 27 seconds. According to the specification, it must set surge tank. In order to promote the use of pressure regulating valve instead of pressure regulating well engineering measures, it is carried out the development of a general simulation program for the Kaplan Hydroturbine governing system, including: data documents which describe the nonlinear characteristics of the hydroturbine; carefully considered the effect of the nonlinear characteristics of the hydroturbine main distributing valve; particularly provided the water pressure mathematical model of the water pressure when a pressurized tunneling hole supplied water to three water generator units.Based on the calculation examples, it is expressed: the pressure regulating valve can be used to replace the surge shaft as long as the calculation proved that the hydroturbine governing system transients is stable under the working conditions of automatic start-up, no-load disturbance automatic regulation, load automatic regulation and load rejection automatic regulation.
