      构建膨胀土岸坡健康在线评估与修复全链条技术平台,有助于解决膨胀土防治的世界性难题。为此,本文构建了数学模型,研发了在线评估数据实时采集技术和像素级、特征级及决策级三级数据融合技术,提出膨胀土岸坡健康度动态评估和预警算法,实现了岸坡“健康”、“亚健康”和“隐患”状态实时评估及“不健康”预警,研发了“外隔内排”修复加固措施,构建了从信息采集融合到健康动态评估与预警再到修复加固的膨胀土岸坡防治全链条技术平台,提升了膨胀土岸坡防治水平。以南水北调渠首宋岗码头岸坡为试验载体,结果表明:平台采集的数据完整、融合度较好,2203组在线评估与预警数据与实际相符、算法可行,修复加固措施明显降低了土壤湿度和渗压值,具有推广价值。

      Developing a full chain technological platform for online health assessment and restoration of expansive soil slopes is helpful in addressing the global issue of controlling expansive soils. In this paper, a mathematical model is constructed, and an online evaluation technology of real-time acquisition data, and the three-level data fusion technology of pixel level, feature level, and decision level are developed. It proposes a dynamic evaluation and early warning algorithm for the health of expansive soil bank slopes, achieving real-time evaluation of the "health", "sub health", and "hidden dangers" status and "unhealthy" early warning. It also develops "external isolation and internal drainage" repair and reinforcement measures, and a full chain technology platform have built for the prevention and control of expansive soil bank slopes, from information collection and integration to health dynamic assessment and warning, and then to repair and reinforcement, which has improved the level of prevention and control of expansive soil bank slopes. Using the Songgang Wharf slope at the head of the South to North Water Diversion Canal as the experimental carrier, the results show that the data collected by the platform is complete and well integrated. 2203 sets of online evaluation and warning data are consistent with the actual situation, and the algorithm is feasible. The repair and reinforcement measures have significantly reduced soil moisture and seepage pressure, which has promotional value.
