      为简化拱坝优化的算法和提升效率,进一步改善拱坝的综合性能,本文首先研究了拱坝不同类型的体形参数对拱坝受力及方量的不同影响,根据其影响特性和程度将拱坝体形参数分为了厚度和曲率半径两类;然后,利用拱坝应力和方量对两类参数的不同敏感性,提出了分类迭代算法,实现了坝体方量在坝体应力满足设计规范要求条件下的快速下降。在该优化算法得到的拱坝体形基础上,根据实际工程需求进一步实施调整,获得多个功能目标得到改善的最终体形。该“算法”+“工程经验”的拱坝体形优化方案成功应用于金沙江叶巴滩拱坝,获得了技施阶段基本体形方量相对招标阶段减少9.3万m3,坝体受力、变形及适应性等各项指标均同步改善的良好成果。

      In order to simplify the optimization algorithm and improve the efficiency of the arch dam, and to further improve the comprehensive performance of the arch dam, this paper firstly studied the different influences of various shape parameters of an arch dam on its stress condition and volume, classified those into two categories, namely, thickness and curvature radius. Then proposed the parameter-classified iteration based on the different sensitivities of the stress condition and volume to these two parameters. Finally achieved a rapid reduction in the volume of the dam while ensuring that the dam stresses meet the design specifications. Based on the arch dam shape obtained from this optimization algorithm, further adjustments could be made in accordance with actual engineering needs, resulting in a final shape that improved multiple functional objectives. This approach combining algorithm and engineering experience for optimizing the arch dam shape was successfully applied to the Yebatan Arch Dam on the Jinsha River. It achieved excellent results, including a reduction of 93,000 m3 in the basic shape volume at the construction stage compared to the tender design stage, and simultaneous improvements in various indicators such as dam stress, deformation, and adaptability.
