                  Abstract:TheSmartYangtzeRiversupportedbytheDigitalTwinYangtzeRiverisanimportantnewinfrastructure
                  toacceleratetherealizationofthegoalsoftheSafeRiver,theGreenRiver,theHarmoniousRiver,andtheBeau
                  tifulRiverinthenewstageofhigh - qualitywaterconservancydevelopment.Focusingontheshort - termobjectives
                  oftheconstructionoftheSmartYangtzeRiver,thispaperexpoundstheconstructionrequirements,development
                  background,constructiongoalsandtheoverallstructureoftheSmartYangtzeRiversupportedbytheDigitalTwin
                  YangtzeRiver.Guidedbytheproblems,thisarticlefocusesonthestandardizationofmodels,theintegrationof
                  data - drivenmethodsandmechanisticmodels ,andtheapplicationofmodelconfigurationtools.Themethodsof
                  constructionaknowledgegraphforfloodcontrolisproposed.Onthisbasis,abusinessapplicationforintelligent
                  operationofwaterprojectswithforwardsimulationandbackwarddeductionispresented.Finally ,theimplementa
                  tionpathforintegratingnewandoldsystemsisexplored ,whichprovidestechnicalsupporttofurtherpromotingthe
                  constructionoftheSmartYangtzeRiver.
