                  Abstract:Comprehensivecoverageofagriculturalwatermeteringisdifficultandcostly,andrapidandaccurate
                  monitoringofagriculturalirrigationwaterusehasbecomeaprominentproblem inwaterresourcesmanagement.
                  Comparedwithtraditionalgroundstationmonitoringandmanualstatisticalreportingmethods ,remotesensingena
                  blesquickobservationandcoverageofalargearea ,providinghigh - frequencyspatiotemporalchangeinformationin
                  theregion.Thispaperemploysacollaborativemethodusingmulti - sourceremotesensingtoimprovethetemporal
                  continuityofhigh - spatialresolutiondataandincorporatestheerrorcharacteristicsofmulti - sourcedatatoestablish
                  acollaborativeschemeforsoilmoistureinversioninmulti - sourceremotesensing.Basedonthechangeofsoilsur
                  facemoisture ,theactualhigh - frequencyandhigh - precisionactualirrigationareainthestudyareawasidentified.
                  Combinedwithcropsurveysandper - muwaterconsumptionmeasurementresults ,theirrigationwatervolumeof
                  differentirrigationcyclesinthestudyareawasestimated ,withanaverageaccuracyof87.57%,whichimproved
                  thehighcostandhighmanpowerdemandoftraditionalirrigationwatermonitoring.Byusingtheresultsofirrigation
                  watervolumeestimationasthebasisforwaterrightssupervision,thestudycompletedthedynamicupdateofwater
                  rightsbalancesofdifferentfarmersinthestudyarea,providinganewwayforwaterresourcesmanagementandwa
                  terrightspromotion.
