Abstract:Objectiveofreservoirswatersupplybecomesmorecomplex,coveringurbanwatersupply,agricultural
irrigationandecologicalflow,alongwithhigherurbanizationandhigherrecognitionofecologicalcivilization.Itis
necessarytoanalyzemulti - objectivewatersupplycapacityofreservoirforthedecision - makingoffunctionadjust
ment.Inthispaper,adouble - layeroptimizationcalculationmethodofreservoirwatersupplycapacityunder
doublereliabilityofwatersupplyisproposed,consideringthecompetitionanddifferentreliabilityrequirementsof
watersupplytargets.Themulti - objectivewatersupplycapacitycalculationisrealizedtomeetdifferentreliability
requirements ,throughregulationrulecontrolandurbanwatersupplycapacityintervaliteration.Intheouterlayer,
theoperationlineisoptimizedtomaximizetheurbanwatersupplycapacityandcoordinatedifferentusers’relations
basedonparticleswarmoptimizationalgorithm.Intheinnerlayer,theurbanwatersupplycapacitysatisfyingthe
requirementsofdoublereliabilityiscalculatedbyiterationundergivenrules.Thereservoirregulationruleandwater
supplycapacityaresimultaneouslyoptimizedthroughthenestedcalculationofinnerandouterlayers.Themethod

ologywasappliedinChitianReservoirofSanyacity.Thetotalwatersupplycapacityis94millionm underopti
mizedregulationrule ,whenthereliabilityofurbanwatersupplyis95% andtheagricultureis90%.Differentsce
narioswithchangingagriculturalreliabilityandagriculturalwaterdemandwerecomparedandanalyzed.Theresults
suggestboththeagriculturaldemandanditsrequirementsofreliabilityimpacturbanwatersupplycapacity.When
reliabilityofagriculturalwatersupplydecreases ,thetotalwatersupplycapacityincreasesgradually.Theresearch
showsthatthedouble - layernestedoptimizationcalculationmethodisabletorealizetheoptimizationofoperation
line ,andtheresultofwatersupplycapacitycouldmeettherequirementsofurbanandagriculturalreliability.It’s
alsoverifiedthatthemethodpossessesattributesofreliableandstableconvergence ,andthemonthlydistributionof
optimizedregulationruleisfittingtheattributesofhydrographandprocessofagriculturalwaterdemand.Itcanbea
referenceforcalculationofmulti - objectivewatersupplycapacityofreservoirsandrelevantdecision - making.

Abstract:Solarradiationcanpenetratesnowsheetandicecover,togetherwiththegroundtemperature,affect
thechangeofwatertemperatureundertheice ,aggravatingthemeltinganderosiononthebottomoftheicecover,
andmakingtheicecovermorepronetocollapseandbreak - up.Basedontheexistingtheoryandprototypeobser
vationresearchresults ,mathematicalmodelsdescribingthetransmissionandabsorptionofsolarradiationinsnow
cover ,icecoverandwaterareestablished;usingthemethodofregressionanalysisofobservationdata,aparamet
ricmodelofextinctioncoefficientofsolarradiationvisiblelightinwaterisproposed ;then,thefunctionalrelation
shipbetweenthevariationofsubglacialwatertemperatureandsolarradiationandgroundtemperatureisstudied.
Theresultsshowthatthesubglacialwatertemperatureincreaseswiththeincreaseofsolarnetradiationandground
temperature,decreaseswiththeincreaseofsnowthicknessandicethickness,andisinverselyproportionaltothe
heatexchangecoefficientbetweenwaterbodyandicecover.Inaddition ,thetransmissionofsolarradiationmay
maketheroughnessoficecovernotdecrease ,butincrease.
