                  organiccombinationofgreeninfrastructurenetworkandevacuationchannelnetworkwasconstructed,andtheplan
                  ningresponsestrategybasedonnetworkoptimizationwasputforwardaroundthenetworkconstructionresults.The
                  purposeistoenrichtheconstructionpathoffloodcarryinganddisasteradaptationnetworkatthescaleofurbanag
                  glomeration ,soastoprovidereferencefortheflooddisasterresiliencepreventionandcontrolmanagementandthe
                  technicalintegrationofinterdisciplinarydisciplines.
