andearlywarningscopeweredefined ,an“ecologicalandsocial”disasteradaptationnetworksystembasedonthe
organiccombinationofgreeninfrastructurenetworkandevacuationchannelnetworkwasconstructed,andtheplan
ningresponsestrategybasedonnetworkoptimizationwasputforwardaroundthenetworkconstructionresults.The
purposeistoenrichtheconstructionpathoffloodcarryinganddisasteradaptationnetworkatthescaleofurbanag
glomeration ,soastoprovidereferencefortheflooddisasterresiliencepreventionandcontrolmanagementandthe
technicalintegrationofinterdisciplinarydisciplines.
