                  Abstract:Currently,theimplementationofwaterresourcespatialequilibrium isasignificantframeworkofwater
                  resourceintegratedmanagementinChina.Inordertoeffectivelydescribetherelationshipstructurecharacteristics
                  andoverallequilibriumsituationbetweendifferentequilibrium subsystemsandindicatorsofwaterresourcespatial
                  equilibrium system ,firstly,theconnectionnumbermethodwasappliedtoquantifythesingle - indexdifference
                  characteristicsbetweendifferentequilibriumindicatorsandcarryinggradesfrom theperspectiveofwaterresources
                  carryingsupport ,pressureandregulationforces,andtheordereddegreeentropyandconnectionnumbercoupling
                  modelwasalsoutilizedtorevealtheoverallequilibrium situationanditsevolutiontrendofwaterresourcespatial
                  equilibriumsystem.Then ,thesubtractionsetpairpotentialmethodwasappliedtorecognizetheprimaryinfluen
                  cingfactorswhichleadtothehistoricalvariationofwaterresourcespatialequilibriumsystem.Andeventually ,the
                  orderedcorrelationdegreeentropybasedapproach(OCDE)ofwaterresourcespatialequilibrium comprehensive
                  evaluationanalysiswasproposed.TheapplicationresultsofOCDEmodelinwaterresourcespatialequilibriumcom
                  prehensiveevaluationanalysisinAnhuiProvince ,China,2009 - 2018indicatedthat,theoverallspatialequilibri
                  umconditioninsouthernareaofAnhuiProvincewasthehighest,followedbycentralAnhuiProvince,andthe
                  worstinnorthernAnhuiProvince,andtheoverallvariationofwaterresourcespatialequilibrium system inAnhui
                  Provincepresentedobviousimprovingtrendduringthehistoricalyears.Meanwhile ,waterresourceavailabilityper
                  capitaandwaterresourceproductionmoduluswerethetwomostimportantnegativedrivingfactorswhichrestricted
                  theimprovingofwaterresourcesspatialequilibriumsysteminAnhuiProvince.Theresearchfindingsarebasically
                  consistentwiththeactualobserveddataandstatisticsofsocio - economydevelopmentinAnhuiProvince ,indicating
                  thattheproposedOCDEmodelisreasonableandeffective ,whichcanprovidevalidtheoreticalbasisfortheimple
                  mentationofregionalwaterresourcespatialequilibriumdevelopmentstrategies.
