Abstract:China’ssouthwestregionisrichinhydraulicresources,butthedevelopmentofhydropowerengineering
isrestrictedtoengineeringgeologicalproblemsarisingfrom thecomplexgeologicalenvironmentanddeepoverbur
den,suchasanti - slidestability,permeabilitystability,unevensettlementdeformation,erosionresistance,and
earthquakeliquefaction.Vibrostonecolumnsisaneffectivemeanstoimprovethebearingcapacityofthefoundation
andpreventliquefaction.Thispaperrevealsthemechanismof “three - zonedynamicbalanceatthebottom,middle
andtop ”and“three - domaininteractionbetweenmachine,stoneandsoil”duringtheconstructionofvibrostonecol
umnsthroughexperimentsandnumericalanalysis.Relyingonpracticalapplicationsinthefield,thepaperputsfor
wardtheintelligentvibroflotationconceptoffulldataacquisitionduringconstruction,realanalysisofconstruction
status ,intelligentcontrolduringconstructionprocess,continuousoptimizationofconstructionparametersandonline
managementofconstructionquality.Secondly,itproposesanintelligentvibroflotationcontrolmodelbasedonstate
transitionfunctionsandreal - timelinkagecontrolmethods.Ithasdevelopedanintegrateddigitalcollaborativework
platformbasedona “cloud - edge - end”intelligentvibroflotationworkarchitectureandacompletesetofintelligentvi
broflotationequipment.Ithasestablishedadigitalevaluationsystem forthequalityofcrushedstonepilecomposite
foundations.ThestudyresultshavebeenappliedtothetreatmentofthickoverburdenattheHardBeamPackHydro
powerStation.Post - monitoringshowsgoodresults ,whichcanbeusedasareferenceforsimilarprojects.
