                  Abstract:Inordertoclarifytheeffectofsteelfiber - PP?PVAfiberhybridontheabrasionresistanceandtensile
                  performanceofultra - highperformanceconcrete (UHPC),andtopromotetheapplicationoflow - costUHPCinhy
                  draulicdischargestructures ,theabrasionresistanceofUHPCwasinvestigatedthroughthehybridofPP?PVAfiber
                  withsteelfiber ,andhybridoflongandshortPVAfibers,andthemechanismoffiberhybridtoimprovetheabra
                  sionresistanceofUHPCwaselucidatedinthispaper.TheinfluenceofhybridofPVAfiberandsteelfiberonthe
                  tensilepropertiesofUHPCwasstudied.Thetensilestress - straincurveofUHPCwastested ,andtheinfluenceof
                  fiberhybridonthetensilefractureenergyofUHPCwasanalyzed.Theresultsshowthatadding0.2%- 1.0% PP?
                  PVAfiberto1.0% steelfibercanfurtherimprovetheabrasionresistanceofUHPC.Whenthefibercontentisthe
                  same ,theoverallabrasionresistanceofsteel - PPfiberhybridUHPCisslightlybetterthanthatofsteelfiberUHPC,
                  steel - PVAfiberhybridUHPC,andlongandshortPVAfiberhybridUHPC.WhentheratiooflongandshortPVA
                  fibersis3∶1 ,UHPChasthehighestabrasionresistance.Thetensilestress - straincurveofsteel - PVAfiberhybrid
                  UHPCshowsstrainsofteningcharacteristics.Thetensilestrengthofsteel - PVAfiberhybridUHPCisslightlylower
                  thanthatofsteelfiberUHPC,andsteelfibercanbetterinhibittheinitiationandexpansionofmicrocracksthan
                  steel - PVAfiberhybrid.
