                  Abstract:Inordertoevaluatetheeconomicperformanceofhydropowerunitsmorecomprehensivelyandaccurately
                  inthewind - solar - waterhybridpowergenerationsystem,inthispaperthelifelosscostofhydropowerunitsisin
                  cludedintothesystem operatingcost,andaneconomicevaluationmodelofthetargetsolar - hydrohybridpower
                  generationsystemisestablishedwiththegoalofminimumsystemoperatingcost ,maximumpowergeneration,and
                  minimumpowerloaddeviation.Fullyconsideringthedifferencesintheoperationstrategiesofhydropowerunits,the
                  systemeconomiccharacteristicsandunitoperationcharacteristicsoftheunitsundervibrationisolationandnon - vibra
                  tionisolationoperationarecompared.ThemodelissolvedbasedontheNSGA - Ⅱ intelligentoptimizationalgo
                  rithm ,andtheeconomicsofsystemoperationunderatypicalwindandsolaroutputscenarioareanalyzedbytaking
                  acleanenergybaseinChinaasanexample.Theresearchresultsshowthat ,comparedwiththeoperationofhydro
                  powerunitswithoutvibrationavoidance,thehydro - wind - solarhybridsystemadoptingthevibration - avoidanceop
                  erationmodereducestheaveragevalueofpowergenerationandpower - loaddeviationby0.09% (0.02GWh)and
                  2.10% (1.89MW)respectively,buttheaveragesystemoperatingcostdecreasedby0.24% (RMB17,100yuan).
                  Onthewhole ,inthecaseofnosignificantincreaseinpowergeneration,althoughtheperformanceofthenon - vi
                  bration - proofoperationmodeissuperiorintermsofpowerandloaddeviation,theoperatingcostduetothefatigue
                  lossoftheunitincreasessignificantly ,andthesafetyproblemoftheunitisprominent,anditscomprehensiveeco
                  nomicperformanceisnotasgoodasvibration - proofoperation.Thisresearchhascertainguidingsignificanceforop
                  timizingtheoperationmodeofhydropowerunitsinthehydro - windhybridsystemandimprovingtheoveralleconom
                  icbenefitsofthehybridpowergenerationsystem.
