                  Abstract:Regionaldroughtriskassessmentisthecorelinkconnectingscientificunderstandingandprevention
                  practiceofdroughtrisk ,andhasalwaysbeenacutting - edgehotanddifficultpointintheresearchfieldofdrought
                  riskpreventiontheoryandpractice.Itisanimportantissuesupportingthehigh - qualitydevelopmentofregionalwa
                  terconservancy.Inviewoftheproblemsexistingintheactualdroughtriskassessment ,suchasunclearconcepts,
                  constrainedapplicationconditionsofmethods,andseparationofriskquantitativecalculationandphysicalanalysis,
                  fromtheperspectiveofthedegreetowhichtheassessmentobjectconformstotherelationshipbetweentheriskas
                  sessmentobjectives ,itisconcludedandanalyzedthatcomprehensiveassessmentofdroughtriskandquantitative
                  assessmentofdroughtriskarethemainwaysofdroughtriskassessmentresearchatpresent.Moreoverthedrought
                  risksystemseveralconceptualissuessuchascomprehensiveevaluationofdroughtriskandquantitativeevaluationof
                  droughtriskareexplored ,includingtheconstructionofsingleindexevaluationfunctions,determinationofindex
                  weights ,andconstructionofcomprehensiveindexevaluationfunctions,inordertofurtherpromotethein - depth
                  developmentofdroughtriskassessmenttheoryandpractice.
